We also give recycling a numerical value. We call it the "footprint" method. It takes into account the future burden of the process or product, rather than just the present expense.

Standard materials include:

  • Insulated concrete panels that provide a continuous thermal break
  • Steel buildings made of 75% post consumer recycled material.
  • Reflective, 50+ year roof systems
  • Sealed Building Envelope with Spray foam insulation
  • The best way to maximize the earth's resources is to use them minimally. Long life cycle products remain in use, so new resources don't have to be used to replace them.

We approached Quality Design to see if they could look at our space, put a plan together, get city approval, and do the buildout in 8 weeks or less. The traditional process would have taken 6 months, but because some of the design was able to take place during the contsruction, Quality Design was able to work through multiple challenges, and get us a profit generating store in 8 weeks."

Here's how we do it.

By using long life cycle products we help you succeed in a reduced maintenance building. Letting you focus on business production.

We do not disappear when your building is done. We give you a full one-year complete building warranty and multiple long-term manufacturers' warranties. We then keep you on our project list for one year after substantial completion. We do not consider your project finished until the warranty has been completed.

As soon as the project is completed we connect you to one of our Maintenance partners. They can do periodic maintenance, routine maintenance or contract your building maintenance completely, so you have more time to invest in what you are good at.
